No. You may exchange for equal or same value. Keep in mind most items are in limited style and quantity. So please make sure before you buy.
Can I customize a lace wig
Yes, Please email your request to customize and I will contact you for a consultation for your order. Please be advised. Since 2020 much has change for suppliers of custom wigs. The customization process is lengthy. Please have a consultation prior to making a decision to have a custom wig made.
Do you combine shipping on multiple item purchases?
Yes. Please message me and I can create a bundle listing specially for you or if you buy and separately at the same time, I will refund the shipping discount via paypal.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Sales are final unless damaged during shipment.

How long does it take for a customized wig?
Once all of the details of your wig have been received. You will be given a specific time frame including shipping time.
Wig making can take anywhere from 3-60 days. In some extreme case, the wig may take as long as 6 months
Is your apparel new or used.
I only sell new items. The items may be overstock, seconds or custom designed by my team. If there are any flaws in the item. It will be disclosed in the listing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I will ship to most locations. Please inquire via message if you desire international shipping in order to obtain the accurate shipping fee.
Do you accept offers?
Yes, all offers are welcome. Allow a response time is within 1 to 24hrs.
If your offer is accepted a price adjustment will be applied to the listing. You will only have 1 hr to purchase item at the accepted offer. After which the item will return to the original price.
